Tandoori masala is a spice mix used in traditional tandoor or clay oven cooking on the Indian subcontinent. The spices are mixed with strained yoghurt and in the resulting mixture are marinated chicken, fish or vegetables, then baked at high temperature until crust is formed.

Under the lid and in our youtube channel you will find two authentic recipes typical of Indian cuisine - one with meat, the other vegetarian.

Ingredients: paprika, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, fenugreek leaves, black pepper, green cardamom, clove.
