Banasura smoked black pepper is high quality and healthy pepper, with a natural smoked aroma and unique taste. Grown in organic farms in Kerala, India, it has a spicy taste with slightly sweet and bitter notes. Slow-smoked with beech wood chips, Banasura is the perfect seasoning for meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, sauces and desserts.
