Urfa flakes are dark red, almost black with delicate heat. They have smoky aroma with hints of raisins, chocolate and tobacco. Made in Turkey from slightly hot peppers, which are dried, fermented, crushed, deseeded and mixed with some oil to obtain its rich color and deep aroma.

Use generously for sprinkling on salads and soups, roasted meats, vegetables or potatoes, for stews and much more.
