Urfa chilli flakes 50g

Urfa flakes are dark red, almost black with delicate heat. They have smoky aroma with hints of raisins and chocolate. Made in Turkey from slightly hot peppers, which are dried, fermented, crushed, deseeded and mixed with some oil to obtain its rich color and deep aroma.

Use generously for sprinkling on salads and soups, roasted meats, vegetables or potatoes, for stews and much more.

Contains only dry chili peppers:

• NO preservatives, coloring and additives
• Packaged in a metal box, designed for long-term food storage, guaranteeing 100% airtightness and opacity, in which the peppers are perfectly preserved and protected until opened.
